On Sunday our family attended Jax's baptism. Jax is the new baby brother of Emily's friends Clara & Ben who live on our street. It was a gorgeous summer like day, much deserved after the harsh Pittsburgh winter we survived. Here is a picture of Emily and her gigantic Mommy at the church. A little over 3 weeks until our new baby is expected! We've been working on teaching Emily about having a new baby in the house and it hasn't been easy. When I held baby Jax for the first time back in January, Emily totally freaked out yelling "give him back to his Mommy!" But the second time I held him she did much better. We're keeping our fingers crossed but are prepared for the worst. We know the first week or two at home with Emily's new baby will be...well...downright awful!
